Post your resume in one simple step.

If you have not provided your real first name and last name while creating your
account, it would be advisable to change this now. Providing the real first
name and last name helps your contacts to recognize you easily.

Public profile is a brief profile, which will be provided to the employers
before they shortlist you. So try to provide only very important information
like qualifications, major experiences, achievements, not exceeding 4000
characters.

In the Text Resume area, you can just cut and paste your resume. We retain all
the formatting you have painstakingly put in to present your resume in the best
manner.

Important: Remember to strip off any of your contact details like
telephone numbers, email ids while updating your profile. By doing this you are
being faithful to your contacts, and help them to keep the loop intact till you
are hired. Entering the contact name or trying to contact the employer directly
might result in your contacts, who referred you to the job, not getting the
referral reward.
